Functional and easy to apply 

Upholstery 03 vinyl, the new Vescom vinyl upholstery collection. The seven new vinyl designs available in a broad colour series form an addition to the existing upholstery collections. The new qualities have been developed for the contract market, as can be expected from Vescom, and are used by the industry, upholsterers and end users because of their functional properties.

The seven upholstery designs differ greatly. Five striking qualities because of an exceptionally beautiful metallic sheen ( Keri and Sanak), an appealing structure (Dodan) or a subtle grain (Brant and Dalma). The other two qualities are both new and familiar at the same time. Furka plus and Leone plus, that are presented in a new and a wide-ranging colour series.

 

The qualities are not only suitable for the upholstery of contract furniture such as chairs, sofas, headboards and wallcovering but also for other applications such as medical technical furniture (dentist chairs, wheelchairs, gynaecologist chairs, massage tables, etc.), fitness equipment, hairdresser chairs, and more.

Vescom vinyl upholstery fabrics are composed of a synthetic top layer on a cotton backing. Its weight of 800 g/m² guarantees a very robust product with a long service life. The products are fire-retardant, wear-resistant (Martindale > 125,000 rubs), fast to rubbing (5), lightfast (7-8) and IMO certified. Moreover, highly resistant to urine, blood and perspiration stains.

 

The standard treatment with Bio-Pruf ensures that the product is hygienic and is protected against bacteria. Vescom vinyl upholstery is dirt and grease resistant and meets the strictest hygienic safety regulations.

 

Vescom vinyl upholstery can be smoothly applied, is maintenance-friendly and can be easily cleaned using the Vescom cleaner.

 

VinylPlus

Since June 2011, Vescom has been linked to VinylPlus. This initiative aims to improve the sustainable production and use of PVC as well as to promote and improve recycling technologies. VinylPlus is the ambitious continuation of Vinyl2010, the previous undertaking of the European PVC industry to which Vescom has been linked from its establishment.
