Vescom wins Muuuz International Award 2017 for transparent acoustic curtains: Carmen, Marmara and Formoza.
Three designs each with its own character, colour palette (45 colours) and mood. Despite their transparency and light weight, the fabrics have a sound absorption of between 0.5 and 0.6 alphaw. Formoza and Marmara are floor-to-ceiling.
The Muuuz International Awards (MIAW) are organized by the ArchiDesignClub in partnership with the trends and inspiration webzine Muuuz and the leading magazine for architecture D’A.
More than 2.200 new and innovative products have been studied and classified into 7 categories. Vescom has won in the category Furnishing/ Textile Furnishings with transparent acoustic curtains. The awarding ceremony took place on June 1st, 2017 at the Grand Hôtel Intercontinental Opéra in Paris.

Formoza is a sporty, playful and graphic fabric with 12 clear fresh colours such as white and grey, orange, green and blue hues.
Carmen (9 colours) has an architectonic rib with a subtle gloss. Minimalistic with neutral tints, black, grey and copper.
